Hot Belly’s antiquated decor and one of a kind menu pay homage to this cultural beacon of the south. Muddy Waters, Aretha Franklin and Hound Dog Taylor are sure to be playing on our jukebox, among New Orleans’ very own Otis Redding, King Oliver and the Neville Brothers. The summer patio overlooks the hub of George Street and is the perfect spot to enjoy a margarita or Hot Belly’s famous Caesar.

    This creamy chowder is inspired by classic southern cuisine. We start with a base of chicken stock, roux and cream. Then we load it with corn and flavour it with thyme, black pepper and a hint of cayenne pepper.
