This Week’s Specials
Here at the Belly, we take our inspiration from the ingenuity of southern cooks. Some of our best creations have become so popular; we put them on a rotating schedule. Take the Mondo burger, which was the result of a delivery of extra-lean beef which just wouldn’t patty. With the addition of black bean garlic paste, not only did the patties take shape but the best burger we’ve ever had was made.

An 8 oz burger of beef and black bean garlic sauce grilled to perfection and served on a toasted Kaiser roll with melted havarti, grainy Dijon, mayonnaise, mango chutney, lettuce and tomato.

Fresh PEI mussels cooked in an aromatic broth and served with crisp potato chips. Red curry coconut and wheat ale with lemon garlic butter are two of our classic broths.

A half rack of our famous pork side ribs, grilled to perfection with a grilled quarter chicken. The barbeque sauce changes from week to week. Some of our favourites are Apple Jack, Carolina honey mustard, and strawberry chipotle.

Grilled New York strip loin, blackened rib eye, pan seared tenderloin. These are some of the steak cuts we serve each Friday night. Paired with hearty sides like mashed potatoes and grilled vegetable medley. Prices vary.

We seek out the freshest selection for our Friday night fish special. Favourites include bronzed salmon, seared sea scallops and blackened red snapper. Served with complementary sides like coconut thyme basmati rice and spinach salad. Prices vary.
